My very non-linear journey from healing to healer


I know the feeling of being lost, anxious, and depressed, yearning for support. Throughout my younger years, I struggled with shame, battled with self-worth, and questioned what it truly means to be enough.

A few questions I get asked a lot that might be on your mind, too.

  • While I approach both coaching and therapy from an evidence-based foundation there there are key differences.

    My coaching model is a holistic and adaptive approach, focusing on collaboration between me and my client to leverage my client's strengths and systematically track and tailor treatment.

    Therapy is usually centered on specific psychological frameworks, we focus on uncovering deep insights into emotional and behavioral patterns and providing emotional support during challenging periods

    By offering both, I hope to empower clients to choose a path that resonates with their personal growth journey, whether you seek a structured, comprehensive approach or a deep dive into psychological exploration and emotional support

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions to clients who face financial barriers.

  • My goal is to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable delving into your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am relaxed and engaged.

  • You don’t owe me (or anyone else) your life story. Don’t expect me to ask you to delve into your deepest and darkest. It’s my experience that what needs to surface will do so organically.

    I start where you want to start. I will lead the session and focus on taking the time to understand your needs and aspirations.

    We will decide together which approach—or combination of approaches—will best support your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

  • All sorts of folks! I have been a clinician for over a decade and have a rich and diverse range of experience and expertise.

  • My services are out of network Meaning that I don’t currently take insurance payments.

    To find out whether you have benefits simply call your insurance provider, ask whether you have “out-of-network benefits for mental health,” and what those benefits are (deductible amount and percent reimbursed) I can provide you with an itemized bill to work towards your deductible.

    I accept all major credit cards or e-Transfer. A valid credit card on file is required for booking and payment will be processed via credit card unless otherwise discussed prior to the first session
