I'm a licensed, New York-City based psychotherapist, consultant and educator specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With over nine years experience as a union representative, people manager,  mediator, and trainer, I utilize my expertise to support companies and organizations in transition, facilitating positive outcomes.  

My lens is anti-racist,  evidence-based, and rooted in organizational psychology.  I equip companies through evaluation, training, panels, techniques, and strategies to move past roadblocks and maintain positive outcomes long-term. As a consultant I focus on the unique strengths of the company and its employees to help them get from where they are to where they want to be.
